I have been out of town for a few days. I went to Pittsburg PA for the Pittsburg pro bodybuilding show. It was my first time in Pittsburg. The water front there is very nice.Have you ever been to Pittsburg?
As for the recession, it is not good. People are losing jobs and property all the time. Even while the economy is correcting (very slightly) people are still being hurt. I wish I could change it all. It will take sometime for things to really level out. I trust all is well with you.

- No, my life isn't together. I have to get my butt out the door before I do anything and that's the hardest part. I feel like I stayed home way too long taking care of people when I should have been back taking classes or working.
